Telemedicine consultation:
Derived from the Greek "Tele" which means "distance" and from the Latin "mederi" which means "cure", telemedicine is a form of primary care in which patients seek a doctor. Emergency medical problems that require a doctor's treatment. It does not replace face-to-face consultations when necessary, but rather complements them. Providing Primary Access Points for Intercommunity Health Consultation Through digital means, CSC provides video-based remote consultation services throughout India at an affordable price. CSC partnered with Apollo Hospital Co., Ltd. in 2014 to enable VLEs across the country to facilitate remote consultations with Apollo Hospital physicians. In 2016 CS C launched it to provide its own remote health consulting services across India through allopathic, homeopathic and Ayurvedic doctors across the country.
Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Program:
The Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi program aims to provide high quality medicines at affordable prices for all, especially the poor and disadvantaged groups, through an exclusive point of sale called "Jan Aushadhi Medical Stores" . The plan is implemented by the Pharmaceutical Public Sector Agency (BPPI). CSC cooperated with BPPI in 2015 to establish generic pharmacies at CSC across the country in accordance with Jan Aushadhi's plan.
Diagnostic Service:
Hello Health Kits - Launched in September 2016 in cooperation with Hello Health, the diagnostic kits are used to analyze blood glucose, BP, ECG, BMI, spirometry, pulse oximetry, body temperature and others parameters. The Hello Health Kit has been tested in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, and Haryana
3Nethra kit: CSC has partnered with Forus Health Private Ltd (3 Nethra) to provide CSC with ophthalmic testing services. The service was launched in November 2016.
Telemedicine Remote Diagnostic Kit-Control H: Control-H is an integrated wireless healthcare monitoring medical device that helps monitor blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, total cholesterol, hemoglobin, and blood sugar.
Thyrocare: CSC cooperates with Thyrocare to provide diagnostic services through CSC. The Thyrocare diagnostic service has been piloted in Aurangabad and Maharashtra. VLE can provide the following diagnostic tests at an affordable price:
• Blood test: CBC, HBA1c and TSH
• Urinalysis: Urine MA, creatinine and albumin / creatinine ratio
• Water test-detects physical and chemical impurities , elements, bacteria and pesticides in water
JIVA Ayurveda Project: CSC cooperates with JIVA Ayurveda to bring Ayurve to citizens through the CSC Consult Dharma network and more than 150 Ayurvedic products. The service was launched in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab in July 2016. JIVA Ayurveda products are now sold in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, as well as in the northern states of India.
Health Homeo: CSC has launched a new service called the Health Homeo package, which includes the following:

No courier fee will be charged for up to six drug deliveries; after six deliveries.
Free homeopathic family first aid kit. The
